another one to add to the list www.cnevogue.com
What do you think about this site:
It's obvious both are selling couterfeit items
what you think about www.tradestead.com
I'm considering to buy some stuff from them, but I'm curious why they offer only fedex shipping as in their f.a.q. they say also supporting dhl, tnt and others. And one more thing, they don't answered my questions yet through their contact form, they're online only when day in china so I didn't hapen to catch them online till now.
These guys look OK to me, but just be sure you are protected through whatever means of payment you choose.
Has my ripped for $1500 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Website you where steal of, our websites are completely normal, you have what certificate say that our websites are false.
If you don't give our correct reply, we will look for a lawyer.
The website: www.bdaopy.com Of own
Get a lawyer then :)
We get threats and abuse all the time from people running these websites, but not a single person so far has actually a good case to present legally.
Ha-ha! Nice and funny scamers.
could u check the integrity of this site? http://www.omarskicks.com/
I've done some reading on other forums, and it seems like thye just order the goods from other sources in China etc.. People are receiving fake items, but on the whole able to get their money refunded etc..
I personally wouldn't trust this site, as they've hidden their WhoIs identity behind a proxy service. Butthat's not to say they are bad, just I wouldn't deal with them
We have been defrauded by a fake Chinese Company calling itself Vision International Co.,ltd or Vision Trade International Co.,ltd or HuaCheng Foreign Trading Co.,Ltd (Probably fake company names)
These people use the domain names ebay23.com ebay26.com ebay27.com ec30.com ec201.com eeevv.com and sccii.com We were defrauded of $1,500 and we intend to push this issue until the seller and all other parties who are knowingly involved are prosecuted for fraud and our funds are recovered.
We are working to take these websites offline and if they are offline by the time you read this you can view a copy of the site at http://www.expressgsm.com/fraudsite (I have made sure that this will not be indexed by search engines using robots.txt)
We are building a case to submit to UK police for investigation with details of the persons identity based on his gold membership of tradekey.com. We have had arranged to drop ship 4 Apple Iphones to various customers and we will soon be in possession of signed statements from these customers stating what happened. Also we are in the process of filing a court injunction against these people to bar them from online trading.
We are Compiling a file on this person based on names, addresses, correspondence data, Tradekey data, signed statements from the 4 drop ship customers, domain WHOIS data, domain registration information, details of the order correspondence, the payment data from Western Union, other wire transfer and bank details given by this party, the website data and data from the credit card processors which filed notes from the customers from their complaints and data from other people were defrauded by this person/ company who have posted on internet trade message boards. We will present this file to the UK Police and the Chinese Embassy in London. We have already closed down this person/ company’s ability to receive funds through Western Union and have got one of their Tradekey listings delisted for fraud. We are working with Tradekey to get their other listing delisted.
Could we please ask that you do not trade with this party and you to suspend/ freeze any accounts that you hold for this party immediately so that no further people get defrauded. I am willing to submit to you the file that I have on this person should you require it at this stage, or at a later stage when the file is complete. Please feel free to contact me UK time between 8am and 11pm on one of the phone numbers below, as well as the police report and court injunction when it gets to that stage.
We ordered 5 x Apple Iphones from a Chinese company called as follows:
We paid a total of $1,500 by Western Union in 2 transactions.
We are sent 5 non Apple junk phones with an Apple logo on them and they did not even power on.

Please see my speech about complaint to our governments about their inaction over internet fraud, ebay and paypal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxGyVsMKcCQ
Sorry for my delay Nick, have given this a better seat in the house http://firetrust.com/en/blog/chris/a-complaint-to-our-governments
I'd really like to hear how you get on with the MP as well.
Fraud notice: Please note that the fraudulent company Vision International CO. Ltd. or Vision Trade International Co. Ltd. of Fujian, Putian, China are now using the following domain names, and they probably register more every day:

Tahnks, excellent Site!!!
If you want to sell iPhones, why not talk to Apple ?
Send you fake brands that end up breaking down 1-2 months later.
None of the product I can see on their website is branded. It seems like you just got bad quality items rather than being scammed.
its a fake
Thanks, adding http://www.ddwins.com/ to the list

The website they are trying to push is http://bjtradec.com/ which thankfully is already in the list. There are some things I do with each website I add to which checks them against similar websites etc....and makes it easier to build and maintain the list of the bad websites
Hi is aaa188 a scam??

Thanks, both will be added to the list.
The first is got fake information, very likely scammers....the second looks like it might be more counterfeit goods.
www.sportswear-sportshoes.com is run by scammers. They took over my eBay account to spam other sellers with messages linking to their site. Do NOT buy from them!
I wanted to know what did people find not so good about the websites http://www.trade-fashion.com
They have emailed me Confirmation of Authorization Letter Approval letter by Nike. They work for the same big manufacturer called "FUJIAN LIFENG FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CO LTD. as a trade company and agency alike.
Any bad or good news would be greatly appreciated.
Bollocks, what you got sent were fake certificates.

Thenk you very much again!
I only know what I can find on Google
Do they have an actual website ?
Hi Chris. Well done for exposing these people. I contacted the Chinese Embassy in Dublin and they condemned these fraudsters. They gave me a website that may be useful to business people who wants to get into the Chinese Market, its www.mofcom.gov.cn
I've used the site and I've been able to get legitimate companies in China who are actually into trades. This is their government website and its 100% useful. Goodluck everyone.
Very cool, thanks for letting me know. I'll probably add it to the guide as well.
At least you got a reply, the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand didn't bother getting back to me. Slackers.
Can you please tell me if this website is a scam or not?www.hkzippy.com
They don't mention at all what payment methods they use. but the website was only created April this year, but they have fake dates on their website to show 2006. Hardly inspires one to trust them does it.
Hi everyone! i've bought a shitload of stuff from www.0086wholesaler.com , when i've paid, he just blocked me, when i logged in on another msn to require my money back, he just laughed, and then were "offline".
I hate this Mother f*cking scammees, is there SOMEWAY to get your money back?
Local Police is your best bet, apart from that though there is little that can be done
hi...i'm an italian boy and i've just found your site...it is very good and useful, congratulations.I wanna know if this site: www.easternstage.com is a scammer and illegal site or not.another question,i have ordered a product on that site but i haven't paid it yet,but now i can't delete my order...what do you suggest me to do?THANKS(excuse me for my bad english)

CHEAT COMPANY DO NOT BUY
Thanks, adding to the list
This company are cheats, do not buy anything, If you have bought something and not received your goods, join me in locating and bringing them to justice.
Hi Chris, I just want to let you know that i am glad that you have this website. I have personally been scammed with www.kshoestrade.com
I ordered nice 5 xps m1710 laptops and peronally paid 2700 for them through western union. Then I got crappy Dell Latitude C400 that is in all chinese. What should I do I tried Contacting them but they would say that they will look into. Unfortunatly I paid through Western Union. My other question is ebusiness-sell.com I have paid through wiretransfer hoping that if they dont send me the right computer i would get my money back. My real question is they told me a tracking number throught EMS that is not online yet. I have sold it to someone on ebay hoping they would send it to them. I dont have to money to refund it to them to because I used the money to pay for the item. I have waited two days for the tracking number to appear online. I have tried to contact the person online and she said would acquire. I have tried to talk to her more and she is saying anymore What should i do? I think i am going to go bankrupt because of all the money i spend on those scammers.
Wire Transfers aren't protected. You could try talking to you bank indicating you've been a victim of fraud, but typically they won't be that forgiving.
If the tracking number isn't online, it's probably fake. Your best bet at this point is local Police, however you need to be prepared for the fact you are probably liable for these losses.
You should never sell items on EBay that are not in your possession though.
Please add http://www.jili1812.com to the list. They tried to get me about $1500 accepting Paypal then refusing it and requesting WU only for 'my better convienence' :)
Thanks, adding to the list.
I have been looking at this site to buy some electrical goods. I cannot see it in your list, is it a scam or not.
It's a site that most certainly should be avoided.
Here's another one
I have some people says that eoffermall is a good site, and some people says they are fraud. their name is also listed here. What to believe? I mean, if a company is good, we should not make their business go down in the drain.
Any story about eoffermall from anyboby?
Registrant Contact: guang zhou zhou joe (firstname.lastname@example.org) +1.2148308920 Fax: none NY NY, NY 430000 US
That looks like a bogus address to me. I notice too that if I Google search, it comes up the same phone number, post code as a site known as www.wallstreetfp.com which is no longer in operation.
I found "www.gonikeshop.com" on your black list and wonder if you could help me.
I ordered two samples from this company and they arrived as expected.
I am now wanting to make larger orders but wonder if you could tell me if there is anything else I need to know about this company before I depart with my money?
Your help will be greatly appreciated :)
There is no way they are selling legitimate items. It's counterfeit, and that's the best case scenario. The worst is they sent you the samples knowing you'd place a larger order, and will rip you off.
Though this website has been in operation much longer which aides it's cause, that's no guarantee. Items you order could well be stopped by German customs too, and given they aren't providing you with secure forms of payment that give you protection, the whole thing seems like it's going to go against you.
is this a fraud site or not www.likeic.com
This site meets the criteria I use, adding to the list.
Thank you for what you are doing to save people from losing their hard earned cash to the Chinese criminals. More grease to your elbow.
Can you please check out this website to know if it should be in the list or not. www.abestsz.com
It's not very convincing, but it's not a site I'd say is bad either.
The support and driver sections aren't anything but pictures. Which isn't very good.
The website itself was registered back in May 2006 which seems a bit recent given the company has been in operation since 1999. But there could be a legitimate reason for that.
Unfortunately too they have copyright dates of 1995, but on their About page it's 1997, but over on some other sites it's 1999. From that I can only assume it's all lies and 2006 is more accurate.
So, this isn't a site I'd add to the list based on that, they could well just be really bad at business. But becuase of the inconsistencies, it's not a palce I would personally do business with either.
This should be in the list, they have scammed me 527usd, they send me pendrives supossedly of 8gb, and they are about 1 or 2 gb, and surprise surprise they do not want toknow anything about it...no response, no resolve...
hi how r you
does anyone know anything about ...http://www.sky-fashion.net/
coz they have 2nd link www.163.com netease
can u tell me more about this site plz if they are trust site
This website is already in the list
www.tan21.com have hacked into my Hotmail and then my ebay in order to send spoof emails to thousands of people!!!
The site seems down now ?
I would like to know about 21cn-shoes.com if u don't mind. I sent a payment in Western Union on the Nov. 3rd and i've still not recieved anything. Although they e-mail back sometimes and I have the tracking #. They ship through EMS. Thank u
I think it's unlikley you'll receive your items, there is still hope, it's only been two weeks.
But, genuine people don't sell counterfeit items.
It would be like trusting a drug dealer :)
I had the same...
They won't send you anything...
They gave me the trucking number but never show up online...
They are A scammer.
And keep telling me that they already sent the items but never arrive.
I hope NO body buy anything from 21cn-shoes.com
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!
I Just fell Victim to this Horrible site too, they are nothing but scams, they collect money and never show up online any longer. please beware of them. they have an email address ( email@example.com)and website (www.21cn-shoes.com) please don't be a victim. be warned they nothing but cyber scammers and thievies.
And what about ems.com.cn because that is the shipping method that the chins company I ordered from uses. Do they even ship to america?
It seems like they do.
hi, can you put shop198 in your list please because they is real scammers ,,thanx for good work chris
Quite right, and it's also registered to a 'person' in the United States, but makes no mention of an US based affiliation anywhere.
I was thinking about puchasing electrical goods from http://www.em61.com.
It is not on your list, is it genine or not.
I would avoid this site in a major way, it's fake.
Adding to the list
Is this site another one not to trust??? Looks VERY SUSPICIOUS!!
Yes, very right you are. Adding to the list.
i am about to purchase a 465$ order from this seller in china. there website is www.shoe-china.com. company name is ZhongHong trade Co., LTD.

CAN U PLEASE REPLY YOUR ANSWERS TO MY E-MAIL: LIL_ROMEO_SOLDIER@HOTMAIL.COM
YOU CAN REPLY HERE.
THANKS A LOT
Neither site is selling legitimate product. It's fake. How many times do I have to keep saying this.
I am not sure if you display this kind of sites:
I am confident they are also scamming in a way or at least used for this purpose:
Few sellers tried to sell me some electronic devices telling me that I would not have to pay them directly prior shipping but instead I will need to pay the shipping company once I receive confirmation that the package has been sent by the seller. Such 'shipping company' probably have been set up by the seller himself and of course the package never arrives. I did not fall for it though... I heard of this method before fortunately.
Awesome, thanks Christel. I don't deal with these sites myself, but the folks over at www.aa419.org do, so I'll pass these on to get looked at more closely. They are exceptional at getting these kinds of sites shut down as well.
Can someone check out nikes4wholesale.com. I ordered 2 items from there and they sent me only 1 item. They told me they would send me the other item but i had to order something else to meet the quantity limit. I ordered somthing else and after they received the payment they stopped responding to my emals regarding the product.
Sorry to say, but you got sucked in. You just can't buy these kinds of branded product from China like this.
I'll add this site to the list
A WOMAN NAMED MO HAS SCAMMED US FOR $2500 DOLLARS. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND MY CUSTOMER 50 PAIRS OF SHOES, AND SHE SENT HIM 5 SINGLE SHOES...THE WERE OLD AND DIRTY, SHE IS A SCAM
WWW.SUPPLYSHOE.COM HER EMAIL IS HENGXIANG@SUPPLYSHOE.COM SHE IS A SCAMMER
Oh my. Though this is something I've been hearing more of lately too.
Hi Chris. Its nice to know that you have us covered from these scammers. A company was very persistant with me to do business with them. After I visited your site, I did some research and found these. I thought it'll be useful for other users too. Thanks.
These are the original details they used to scam people:
They're now also operating on these new details:
Be aware that they're constantly changing their details on different websites. These are examples:
Contact Person: yongzhong huang
Company: hengxiang shoes trade Co.,Ltd
Address: nanshaolin road, putian,fujian,China
Tel & Fax: 86-594-2893777
Contact Person: Mr. xiangqi cai
Company: Joyi industrial&trading co,.ltd
Address: 35 shengli road, putian, fujian, China, 361012
Tel & Fax: 086-0594-2888565
please anyone knows if www.e-newkey.com is a safe site?
No they aren't, but any site that sells counterfeit goods couldn't be trusted.
i lost 340 euros in www.el555.com is what i do?is posible recovery it?
Unlikley, your first step would have to be file a complaint with local Police.
i would like to know the authenticity of this company, chempros limited with the website www.chempros.net.
am patiently awaiting your soonest reply.
It looks like just generic electronics, they aren't trying to sell you 'branded' product. Which is good.
The website registration details are lacking, the address is vague. The email address used in the registration points to another website that has no content. It doesn't smack of being a scam, but it hardly fills me with warm fluffies either.
Just don't put yourself at risk and pay using a medium that offers you no protection.
hi everybody , i have been scamed by www.storeonline98.com
i pay trhrow paypal
contanct name msn firstname.lastname@example.org
i buy a macbook 1,8ghz for 416 euro , he ask me to pay tax becouse item was bloked by china custom
but he doesnt give me traking number
he ask me an extra payment of 90 euro
by wenstern union
and say to me that if i dont pay i loose my money
i thought that paypal give a protection for scam, for this reason i trust the site...
but it is no true,.
no protection from pay pal...
never see my money back again....
I thought you could chargeback too, but apprently only if their address has been verified.
Will add this site to the list.
I ordered some mnoths ago of nikehong. Shoes and stuff like this where i lost 100euro.
But now i got another dealer www.nikedoo.com
Can i trust this man? cause i dont earn so much money im just a student who lives in holland and needs some stuff to sell to friends and make some short money.
i hope to hear from you people soon. and what can i do against nikehong? i want my money back its good that i didnt pay 2oo euro.
No, you can't. Read the guide, and remember that you just cannot buy Nike or Chanel or Armani items from websites in China.
I wish I would have found this site before I purchased a laptop from www.uneiec.com! Lost $1,100. I only did it because I have worked with other sites like this who actually sent me my item. For instance www.nikeeasy.com which is on your list. They actually send you whatever you order although its usually a replica of the real item.
Exactly, replica or outright scammers, it's all the same to me.
Replica goods are commonly seized at customs too, so you run a big risk trying to import prohibited items.
tradekey.com is it safe to buy iphones
If Chinese scammers accept paypal payment you are not protected if their address is not verified by paypal. Read the Paypal's protection guaranty. Make sure when you pay these companies through Paypal that they have a verified address. If not you will not be protected by your purchase.
Good point, I'll try to update the guide soon to better detail using PayPal and the risks with them.
I recently sent money to www.vipupup.com. I sent them $180 and have not heard from them in 2 days. They already picked up the money from western union. They always kept in contact with me up until I sent the money. What else have you heard about this site? I also was thinking about purchasing from www.lovechinagoods.com, have you heard anything about them? I have been in contact with them to, and they were kind of rude, but they had a lot of trust points with www.tradekey.com. So did www.vipupup.com. I will be so upset if I got took for my hard earned money. What good are trust points if they still take your money??? =( Please help.
The authentication and reliability these trade sites offer is weak at best. www.lovechinagoods.com is already in the list, and I'd recommend you read the guide.
You should never pay by Western Union, you're just setting yourself up for being scammed. Will also add www.vipupup.com to the list.
I sent them $1050 they were nice and friendly.. sent me 2 broken fake ipod nano's.. nothing else they are fraud!! go to www.cnnike2008.com they are great. did you get your money back??
are they legacy? and not lier?
I wouldn't bother with a single one of these sites.
Can you let me know if these people are safe to do business with.http://www.tangrentrade.com/ They don't seem to be on your list but there similar ones on your list. Can you check for me many thanks. Neil...
Despite having some things in their favour, you are still looking at a website that isn't selling legitimate product and doesn't offer proper payment protection.
It's not a site I would deal with, and will add it to the list.
can you check to see if
is a scam or not.
i have had two items sent and when i placed a larger order they are dragging their heels in delivering it saying that customs will only release the items in december.
they are still communicating with me.
help please, they have £3,000 of mine.
This site is already in the list so not really sure what else you want me to say.
While you are still in contact with them, perhaps it gives you a chance though. I'd approach local Police (Fraud Unit) and see if they'll assist you. Now the Police might want other victims etc..ebfore they'll give up their resources, but check out the guide I wrote, do the WhoIs look ups, and with that information you'll be able to point out to the Police.

Agree, adding http://www.fashion-current.com/ to the list
All the chinese suplliers are cheat almost all of them specially nikehome.net and bizyao.com
here is another one to add to the list.WWW.worldkeytrade.com.They use the outer case of the real apple ipod and the inside is cheap. The outer switch or on and off is not real and most of all they say its new but you can't regester it.
Thanks for letting me know. Added.
I understand people are getting scammed and the importance of the list but all the websites listed are not fradulent. I have done a lot of business with pickcnshoes.com and the lady gina always come through.
As a Nigerian (I know, I'm not a scammer, I even get those emails you get) my advice is common sense.
1. if its too good to be true....run! FAST
2. Please spend $2 on a phone card, compare chinese time to your time and call them at 10am, any serious business will be open and background noise is required.
3. Copy their address or phone number and paste into google and search. The fradulent ones always have duplicate addresses and phone numbers.
4. Alibaba is the best trade company because they physically verify Gold Suppliers
5. Any mail from ebay members telling you about a site is a scam
6. Website must have their own picture and not a generic one.
Anyway, I found a way to deal with these scammers. My goal is to stop internet fraud and bring back the good reputation for Nigerians. I'm working on something big, should be out in January. I will be hated at home after that.
So if someone sells counterfeit items they aren't fraudulent ?
I cannot quite see the logic in that, but anyway I make it very clear why sites are in the list.
I was frauded by www.eeevv.com by some guy who goes by William. He sent 4 non working fake iphones. Is there anyway we can shut this scum down and possibly get my money back?
Filing a local Police complaint at this stage is about all I can suggest. Perhaps they can suggest more, but to date I've not found any reliable mechanism for reporting these crimes in China, unless you actually speak/write Chinese

Hi Christ and friends,
Thanks for your adviseds. They're very useful.
I'm a dealer in Vietnam, and I'm looking for a good source to import laptops and distribute in Vietnam marketplace. There're at least 2 times I contacted with scammers. So, now I realize that trading in China is not unreal, because there're so many scammers here.
Could you give me an advise? What do you think about DongRong Trade Co.,Ltd in China, Website: zhiyongtrade.com ? And how about MALabs in USA?
Can you give me some companies which wholesale and trustly?
I looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks and Best regards
Stay away from zhiyongtrade.com
MALabs look acceptable.
My advice is checkout the guide, and also try asking the folks over at http://www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk if they also have any advice or recommendations as they are more involved in the importing business than I am.
Would like to know more information about the chinese seller Eleeur.com
Anyone had bought products from this guy?
Thanks and Regards
