How do you track my sales?
When you join our Program you will be allocated a unique URL which contains your ID. When one of your visitors clicks on that URL, a cookie is placed on their computer which will identify them as your referral. When that person purchases one of our products, you will be credited with the sale. Even if that person doesn't purchase straight away, but buys up to 10 years later, you will still be credited with the sale.
How does the two-tier program work?
When you refer someone to our Affiliate Program, they become your sub-affiliate. Every time your sub-affiliate makes a sale; you will be credited with 10% of that sale. Your sub-affiliate will still receive the full 40% of their sale.
How much money can I expect to earn with your Affiliate Program?
This is a very difficult question to answer. It really depends on a number of factors.
You would think that the sites with more traffic would perform the best and to a certain extent you would be right. But it is not always the case. Some of our best Affiliates don't have a huge amount of traffic to their sites but they promote extremely well and get a high percentage of their visitors clicking through.
It's like anything really, the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
How often, when and how do I get paid?
You will receive secure electronic payments through PayPal every month as long as the commission due to you is at least $30. If the total commissions owed are less than this, the commission will be carried forward to the next month.

How do I track my sales?
We provide you with your own personal administration center. The administration center will give you access to full online statistics and reporting in real-time. You will also receive email notification everytime you make a sale.
Is anyone able to become an Affiliate?
Firetrust Limited does not accept any Affiliates whose website(s) or online activity does not comply with our Terms & Conditions Agreement.
How much does it cost to become an Affiliate?
It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program.
Are there a minimum number of sales I need to reach to remain an Affiliate?
No, you can remain an Affiliate as long as long as you like; no matter how many sales you make.
How do I promote your Affiliate Program?
When you become an Affiliate you will be provided with a "Promotional Strategies" guide plus banners and useable text links and email promotion examples.
You will have the option of using these examples or writing your own. The best way to promote our products is by recommending them to your existing customers and e-zine or newsletter subscribers.
Do I have to have my own website in order to become an Affiliate?
We will provide you with email footers that you can include in your own email promotions to your friends and colleagues. Obviously having your own website will definitely increase your sales potential.
Do I have to order your products to become an Affiliate?
You are under no obligation to purchase any of our products. Of course, to recommend our products it really does help if you have used them personally. You can of course do this by using the free trial downloads.
Do I get your products for free if I join your Affiliate Program?
Unfortunately we can't give you free products just for joining our Affiliate Program.
The reason for this is that some people will join just to get a freebie and then not promote our products. We do however recognize that you are a valuable member of our promotional team. So we do offer you 1 free copy of MailWasher Pro once you have sold your first 3 copies of MailWasher Pro via the Affiliate Program.
The same will apply to Benign.
Please note that you will only receive one copy for the first 3 sold not one for every 3 copies sold. All you have to do is notify us of those 3 sales and we will send you a Registration key.
Can anyone from any country become an Affiliate?
Absolutely, as long as your website is appropriate then it doesn't matter which country you live in. You will get paid in your country's currency to the equivalent of the US dollar commission you are owed.
Can I become a sub-affiliate of my own affiliate account?
An affiliate is not permitted to register for the Firetrust Affiliate Program more than once, (whether directly or indirectly through associates, employees, agents or by any other means).
Can I use unsolicited email to promote your products?
Definitely not. Unsolicited email is precisely what the Firetrust products are trying to reduce. If we have reason to believe that an Affiliate has used this method to promote our Affiliate Program they will be banned from our program for life and will forfeit any owed commission.
